Με μέσα το blog της, το κανάλι της στο YouTube και τον λογαριασμό της στο Instagram, μοιράζεται πολλές και χρήσιμες πληροφορίες σχετικά με τον “συνειδητό τρόπο ζωής” και τη vegan φιλοσοφία. Κι όμως πάντα ήταν διαφορετική! Η 28χρονη πλέον Kristen έχει κατακτήσει και το Youtube με τα βίντεο της να ξεπερνούν, συνολικά, τις 15 εκατομμύρια προβολές. Μέσα από το blog, το YouTube και το Instagram της, μοιράζεται πολλές πληροφορίες σχετικά με τον «συνειδητό τρόπο ζωής», χωρίς να φοβάται αρκετές φορές να εκφράσει ελεύθερα τις απόψεις της για το φαγητό, τα ρούχα!

I’m sitting over this photo trying to write a caption for 15 minutes, something short, cute, meaningful, deep, pretentious, anything. I’ve spent the whole day crying like a little bitch, maybe cause I’m hormonal… probably. I can’t seem to shake the fuckedupness of the world off of me today. And watching the last episode of Orange Is The New Black sure didn’t help. I wrote a long caption in my previous photo with the thoughts and frustration swarming my head, maybe to spread awareness, maybe to get some closure through seeing if anyone agreed with me. But I’m not sure I achieved any of that… All I can do is keep pushing, talking, making videos and playing this stupid social media game of growing numbers, vanity and cries for attention because ultimately I know that the more listening the better. And the more of us out there with a voice speaking up and refusing to accept mediocracy the better.

Have a bit of a cold atm but still counting my lucky stars for this experience and this trip ⭐️ I can never find words to express how grateful I feel without sounding suuuper corny, but I am feeling it 😌 The past summer/fall was not my favourite *ehem 2016 I’m looking at you* but it taught me to let go and live in the now without fussing about what could or could not happen. I learned to stop trying to control everything and simply do the best I can and letting go of fear and control was what ultimately made me book this trip! 🌴🍌💦 That was my little “life-guruism” of the day, hope you enjoyed it 😛 @thechillhouse #thechillhouse
